If the User acts on behalf of a legal entity or organization, they declare under penalty of perjury that they possess sufficient legal capacity and authority to bind said entity to the obligations set forth herein.

2. Purpose and Scope of the Platform

Iron Vektor provides corporate information, applied robotics technology solutions, digital infrastructure, and specialized services through the Platform, focused on transforming physical labor into deployable robotic software under a Workforce-as-a-Service (WaaS) model exclusively for the Americas market.

Our offering is structured around our strategic pillars:

• F.O.R.C.E. (Workforce-as-a-Service): Flexible, on-demand robotic workforce capacity for enterprises, deployed, operated, and scaled as a managed service.
• M.A.T.C.H. (Technology-Agnostic WaaS Architecture): Machine architecture tailored to context and hazards, selecting the precise configuration without locking clients into a single manufacturer.
• H.A.N.G.A.R. (Continental WaaS Sustainment): A continental sustainment network for continuous improvement, rapid diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle services.

Any commercial proposal, technical scope, quotation, or contracting of specialized services derived from the use of this website shall be subject to the execution of independent contracts, letters of agreement, or legal instruments between the parties. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, content, and services of the Platform.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

4. User Obligations and Conduct

The User agrees to use the Platform in compliance with Mexican law, morals, good customs, and public order. It is expressly prohibited to:

5. Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• Technical Availability: Iron Vektor does not guarantee the continuous availability, uptime, or infallibility of the Platform’s operation and thus excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any liability for damages of any nature that may arise from a lack of availability or continuity.
• Accuracy of Information: While the Company endeavors to keep technical and commercial information accurate and updated, the contents of the website are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute binding technical, legal, or financial advice automatically.

In the event of any controversy, dispute, or claim arising from the interpretation or execution of this instrument, the parties irrevocably waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles, submitting to the competent courts located in Mexico.
